By using the Luminous Nights website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product details accurately; however, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices and product information at any time.

All content on this website, including images and branding, is the property of Luminous Nights and may not be used without permission.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
